OCS TOF - IR VCSEL light source (TX), which also integrates PD (photo diode) chip with good light uniformity characteristics.
It can be used in smart phoness and AR head-mounted devices for industrial monitoring and self-driving optical radar, gesture recognition applications, etc. It can also be used for face recognition distance sensing and camera auxiliary focus functions.
